At CIC Screenings, our refund policy is designed to provide you with peace of mind. It outlines the specific conditions under which you can request a refund for our screening services. We aim to ensure transparency and clarity, empowering you to navigate any potential concerns with confidence.
Returns
Our refund/exchange policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Additional Non-Refundable Items
- Downloadable software products
- Drug test kits
- Consumer reports, including: Credit reports, TRVs, Background Checks, All Verification reports
Refunds

If you are approved for a refund, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing Refunds
(If Applicable)
If you haven’t yet received a refund, first check your bank account.
If your refund is expected on your credit card, then contact your credit card company. Note that it may take some time before your refund is officially posted to your credit card account.
There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
